Your first session with Kate's Weigh will take an hour to an hour fifteen. You have the opportunity to tell us about yourself, your concerns and your aspirations. You will also learn the basics of a plant based diet. Our goal is to give you enough information to start losing weight right away. Your journey to a new you starts right now, with your very first session.
It is normal, however, to have questions, concerns and worries. These will be addressed in our follow-up sessions. A follow-up session can be either an hour or half an hour in length. A hour session consists of a half hour discussion of your progress and a half hour on a topic of your choice. To find available topics just click on the 'Topics' button at the top of this page. A half hour session can be either a discussion of your progress and questions, or a discussion of a topic of your choice.
All your sessions will take place with me, Kate. I am a Plant Based Nutritionalist who has walked the talk. I have lost and kept off 45kg (100 pounds, over 7 stone) with a plant based diet.
